Description

PS-AD-A002 is a pure powder-type polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) anti-dripping agent, produced through a special modification process. With an ultra-high molecular weight of approximately 4,000,000–5,000,000, the PTFE powder fibrillates under screw shear force to form a fibrous network structure, effectively preventing dripping during combustion. It is mainly used in plastic materials requiring UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rating. By incorporating this product, the amount of flame retardant can be reduced while still achieving V-0 performance, thereby lowering costs and improving product competitiveness.
